All orders can be made through the website. We use Paypal to process all orders. Please do not email your card details to us, as we can take no responsibility for the security of your details if supplied in this way. All orders are made subject to availability.
Payment
We accept Paypal transactions. In some circumstances, we also accept cheques made payable to 'Michele Willshaw'. Please note that cheques not covered by a guarantee card will take up to 10 working days to clear. Please do not send coins or notes through the post. we accept no responsibility for payment made in this way. Orders made with inaccurate or incomplete address/payment details will be subject to delay and may not be processed.
Shipping and Handling
UK: Standard delivery to the UK for findings and beads is £1.95. For tools we charge £1.95 plus 1p per 10g of product weight. All UK orders are sent by 1st class post (or equilvalent). Most 1st class post arrives the next day but sometimes takes longer, particularly in remote areas or at busy times, such as Christmas.
If an order is urgent, please contact us via email with a contact telephone number to request Royal Mail Special Delivery Service, for which there is an additional charge. This guarantees delivery the day after despatch.
Overseas: Please email us for details of delivery charges if you require overseas delivery.
Stock
We aim to despatch all orders as soon as possible. If an item that you have chosen is not available you will be refunded for that item. In the event that we are unable to fulfil your complete order, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and with your agreement, either supply the available stock, or provide a refund. We do not back order items but will, on request, advise you when out of stock items are back in stock.
Special Orders
The offer to cater to special requests is entirely at our own discretion. We reserve the right to charge an additional cost for orders which require special handling.
Pricing
All products on www.mwjewellerysupplies.co.uk are priced in pounds sterling and include UK VAT. While prices and specifications given on this site are checked to the best of our ability, no responsibility can be taken for errors and omissions. If we discover an error in the price of goods ordered by you, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the opportunity of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you within a reasonable time, we will consider the order to be cancelled.
Cancellation and Returns
Under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after the day of the receipt of goods without giving a reason.
If your order has not yet been despatched, you can change or cancel your order by emailing us at sales@mwjewellerysupplies.co.uk .
If your order has been despatched, you will need to return the cancelled item(s) at your own expense. Please email us before returning items. We will refund the order, or relevant part of it, as soon as possible within 30 days of cancellation. If an alternative item is required, please specify product code, size and colour. Please note that if the item is not faulty, and you require an exchange of goods, a further postage charge may be required.
Any items which are returned for refund or exchange must be received back with us in a new and unused condition, fit for resale. Goods received back in an unsaleable condition will, unfortunately, not qualify for a refund.
Refunds can only be given on items received by us. we therefore suggest a form of recorded postage when returning items.
If you receive faulty or incorrect goods, please email us within 7 days of receipt for instructions on how to return them for a refund or the correct items. Shortages must be notified to us by email within 3 days of receipt of order.
